Whilst Bridesmaid Boxes aims to get your order to you in an affordable and fast manner we also need to consider the fragile nature of the goods along with the reliability of couriers and postal services used. Shippit and Australia Post are our preferred courier/postal companies.
Shippit offers complete customer transparency, from the date you ordered to the estimate delivery date.
Shippit is a courier agent that works with Couriers Please; whilst I have a great alliance with my driver, at times delays with pickup may still occur.
Processing time before dispatch is approximately depends on the items you've ordered, general timelines for each product are in the product description but as a rough estimate processing is 3-4 working days. Peak times & courier collections may delay this occasionally, please keep an eye on the announcements at the top of the home page for longer processing times during peak season.
Delivery times will depend on your location and the service used.
IS YOUR POSTAGE EXPENSIVE?
Unfortunately every year postage costs are going up and up. And it's small business that suffers the most. We tried to keep pricing as low as possible which is why if your postage ends up being less than you pay at checkout we will refund you the difference. You see it's hard to setup postage to be exact because for example sending 4 hampers to Melbourne (I'm in Melbourne) is a heck of a lot cheaper than it is to Broome!
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
Due to our hampers containing Alcohol you need to be 18+years to legally receive your order therefore a signature is always required.
Other factors such a theft is on the rise with packages being stolen from doorsteps therefore most items will require a signature. Smaller items such as greeting cards and 1-2 candles may be left on your doorstep. This decision is at Bridesmaid Boxes' discretion.

Please be aware that NT, North QLD and WA can be in transit for up to 7 working days.
If you require your order by a certain date please advise at check out or email firstname.lastname@example.org, additional postage charges may occur to ensure you receive your order in the time you require. If Bridesmaid Boxes is unable to meet your deadline we will offer a full refund within 24 hours.

If you wish to send to a different address please change the shipping address at checkout. Bridesmaid Boxes is also happy to write in any cards you purchase. Just write comments at checkout or send an email to email@example.com

During the summer months your orders may be delayed to avoid meltable products being in transit on hot days. You will be advised by email if your order has been delayed due to this.
PICKUP IS AVAILABLE:
If you live locally to Berwick, Victoria and wish to collect your order instead, please use discount code PICKUP when at checkout. This code will delete your postage charges. You will be advised when your order is ready for collection.
